Meet the team behind Ryzn Agency. We’re a small, hands-on group of strategists and creatives who bring together different perspectives and skill sets with one shared goal: doing great work and helping our clients grow.
Founder &
Marketing Director
Ashley Carter
Entrepreneurship has always been part of Ashley’s world. Growing up with a father who was a serial entrepreneur, she learned early what it takes to build, adapt, and keep moving forward.
Her own entrepreneurial journey started at 15, buying retired racehorses and transitioning them into new careers as hunters and jumpers. Using digital classifieds as online selling was just beginning to take off helped spark her interest in sales and marketing.
Ashley later graduated with honors from the University of Windsor with a degree in Business, majoring in Marketing with a focus in New Venture Formation. Her career has since spanned both the tech and corporate worlds, from supporting entrepreneurs with funding, planning, marketing, and team building inside a startup incubator to helping grow both B2B and B2C businesses.
That experience shaped Ryzn into more than a traditional marketing agency. Ashley is passionate about data, conversion, and understanding what is really happening inside a business so the right problems can be solved.
The name Ryzn reflects that mindset. Entrepreneurs are constantly being called to rise to new challenges, new opportunities, and new levels of leadership.
Outside of work, Ashley loves horseback riding, spending time with her dog, staying active at the gym, and recently started boxing, which feels very on-brand for someone who believes growth comes from continuing to challenge yourself and rise.

Emily Etty joined Ryzn as an Operations & Project Manager with a belief that great marketing only sticks when the operations behind it are just as strong.
With a background spanning nonprofit work and public health, she has seen firsthand how the right systems can turn good intentions into real, measurable impact.

Mitch
Mitch is part of the creative engine behind Ryzn, turning raw footage and ideas into polished, engaging content built for the way people actually consume social media today.
As our Content Editor, she focuses heavily on short-form video, including Instagram Reels and other social-first content, helping shape the pacing, storytelling, and overall feel of the videos we create for Ryzn and our clients.
Creative Strategy
Don Alexander
A Creative Strategist at Ryzn Agency, he brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to helping brands strengthen their presence and connect with the right audiences.
Don studied marketing and communications at Universidad ORT Uruguay in Montevideo, where he developed a strong foundation in brand strategy and digital media. In his free time, Don loves photography and capturing special life moments.
Admin Manager
Mei
Mei manages the financial and administrative details that help keep Ryzn running smoothly behind the scenes.
In addition to overseeing financial organization, she works directly with clients on administrative matters, including invoices, account-related questions, documentation, and other day-to-day needs that help keep projects and partnerships organized.
